The Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) has selected JOA Group to provide On-Call Professional Consultant Services in the areas of strategy, operations, risk and compliance, and project management. Over the last year, the City of Los Angeles has awarded JOA Group three contracts, including with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA).
JOA Group’s work will include professional project management consulting to assist with developing strategies, analyzing trend data, assessing risks and compliance with regulations, as well as designing and controlling production processes.
